Job Summary
Lead and evaluate team members on productivity, quality management, and complex issue resolution. Monitor, coach, and provide guidance on equipment quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Coordinate services, prioritize assignments, and promote situational decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision. Full-time, 80-hour pay period with competitive hourly pay dependent on experience. UCHealth Harmony Campus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- Registered as a Technologist (RT) and certified in mammography (M) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- 2 years of experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
