Job Summary
Perform mammographic procedures of routine and difficult nature, including screening and diagnostic imaging services for patients. Participate in scheduling procedures for the Breast Imaging Center and train/evaluate other technologists in performing mammographic procedures. Maintain ARRT Mammography certification and a Maryland Radiography license, with CPR certification required within three months of employment. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, which normally is acquired in a two-year college or technical school program
- ARRT Mammography certified with current registration
- Radiography license by the Maryland Board of Physicians
- CPR certification required within three months of employment
- 3 to 6 months' experience performing mammography Radiology procedures
