Mammography Technologist (Full Time)

Job Summary
Performs mammography procedures, reviews patient history and orders, assists with interventional procedures (e.g., fine needle aspiration and needle localization), prepares equipment, ensures MQSA compliance and quality control, analyzes image quality, re-positions patients as needed, and provides patient education to ensure understanding and cooperation. Requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, strong critical thinking, and adherence to radiologic standards; graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program with RT and Mammography certification per ARRT."
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and certified in Mammography (M) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - or - ARRT-R plus State Provisional Mammographer registration and ARRT-M within 12 months
