Provide mammography services to patients in accordance with physicians orders, preparing rooms and diagnostic equipment while developing films per safety standards. Perform high-quality testing, exercise professional judgment, and apply age-specific knowledge to identify patient requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with MQSA/ACR regulations. Diagnose images for technical quality, verify procedures against orders, and educate patients on procedures and pain expectations. Input patient data accurately into the IDX-Rad and IDX-Mam systems. Ensure safe radiation levels, perform equipment checks, and monitor patients during procedures. Adhere to all OSHA policies and infection control protocols. Arrive at shift start, take breaks as assigned, and rotate shifts including stand-by calls.
