Job Summary
Mammography Technologist I positions in Bellevue, WA, perform mammography procedures per physician orders, prepare rooms and equipment, develop films, and ensure safety and compliance with MQSA/ACR. Responsibilities include obtaining high-quality images, maintaining patient confidentiality, educating patients on procedures, inputting patient data into IDX systems, delivering patient-focused care, and adhering to radiation safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills, with potential for a $5,000 sign-on bonus or $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible external hires. Prior mammography experience preferred; entry-level candidates meeting required certifications will train as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- State of Washington certification as Mammography Technologist and ARRT (AART-M) registration by date of hire or will train radiology technologist with two (2) years experience.
