Job Summary
Perform mammography examinations according to physicians' orders using sophisticated equipment, adjusting imaging factors and techniques to produce optimal images while accommodating individual patient needs. Utilize clinical judgment regarding imaging factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment to ensure high-quality diagnostic results. Maintain Oregon Radiographer License, National Provider BLS certification, and National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification upon hire, followed by National Registered Technologist - Mammography certification within six months. Work full-time on-site at Providence Portland Medical Center with multiple shifts available.
