Job Summary
Perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high-volume outpatient setting. Produce high-quality radiographic images while interacting with all patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly perform required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Utilize general radiography skills to perform diagnostic radiology exams as dependent on location. Work per-diem day shifts on-site at Swedish Redmond with a base pay range of $50.17 - $76.84.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Mammography
- Dependant on location, prior general radiography experience may be required
