Job Summary
As a Mammography Technologist at Banner Imaging in Verrado Imaging Center (Buckeye, AZ), you will perform prescribed radiology procedures following provider orders, educate patients and families about procedures, and produce high-quality images for timely interpretation. You will maintain accurate documentation, ensure equipment quality control, uphold safety and confidentiality, support efficient department workflow, and manage supplies to prevent service interruptions. The role supports mobility with relocation assistance and offers opportunities for career growth, continuing education, and travel imaging assignments. The position requires ARRT certification and state licensure, with advanced Mammography certification due within 18 months of hire, and BLS.
Required Qualifications
- Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and licensure by the state regulatory agency as applicable.
- Advance certification by accrediting body in Mammography required within 18 months of hire.
- BLS certification required.
