Mammography Tech

Perform mammography imaging studies, position patient and breasts, adjust compression and exposure factors, instruct patient to hold breath, operate imaging equipment to acquire diagnostic breast images, verify identity and imaging requests, ensure image quality, retake as needed, and forward completed studies while maintaining standards and patient comfort. Requires graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program with an Associate degree or higher, Connecticut radiology license, ARRT certification, and Mammography Certification. Part-time role with rotating shifts at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT within Trinity Health system.
