Job Summary
Perform specialized breast examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease, including experience with breast biopsy procedures such as needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms. Conduct these tasks while adhering to an 8-hour shift schedule starting between 7:00am and 8:30am and ending between 3:30pm and 5:00pm, with a requirement to cover one or two Saturdays monthly and additional hospital locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current American Registry Radiologic Technologist Mammography (ARRT) (M) certification
- 2 years of Mammo Tech experience
- BLS certification
- Must be able to cover additional hospital locations as needed
- Experience assisting with breast biopsy procedures including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms
