Job Summary
Perform specialized mammography imaging procedures to assist radiologists in diagnosing and treating medical disorders. Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care while supporting quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives. Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams across a large health system. This full-time, 4x10 day shift role offers new graduates structured training, mentorship, and opportunities for modality cross-training within a patient-centered environment. Candidates must hold current ARRT certification, advanced mammography certification, and BCLS.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure and/or fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program accredited by JRCERT
- Current ARRT certification
- Advanced certification in the field of Mammography
- Current experience as a radiology technologist
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards
- Ability to travel to all imaging facilities both regularly and without notice
- Experience in Hospital Information Services (HIS)/Radiology Information System (RIS)
