Job Summary
Perform specialized mammography imaging procedures to assist radiologists in diagnosing and treating medical disorders while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. Support quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives and collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain licensure, ARRT certification, and advanced mammography credentials, plus current BCLS certification. Travel to all imaging facilities regularly and without notice. Utilize experience in Hospital Information Services and Radiology Information Systems. Required Qualifications
- Licensure and/or fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program accredited by JRCERT
- Current ARRT certification
- Advanced certification in the field of Mammography
- Current experience as a radiology technologist
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards
- Ability to travel to all imaging facilities both regularly and without notice
- Experience in Hospital Information Services (HIS)/Radiology Information System (RIS)
