Job Summary
Performs quality mammography procedures and assists Radiologist in special procedures for the purpose and early detection of breast abnormalities. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide imaging services including ultrasound, CT, PET, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. Focuses on clear communication, relationship-building, accountability, patient experience, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and MQSA guidelines
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Current ARRT certification - ARRT (M) or ARRT (R) with requirement to obtain ARRT (M) license within 1 year of orientation
- Texas Department of State Health certification or eligibility
- Work Experience: 1 year preferred
- Be able to obtain ARRT (M) license within 1 year of orientation
