Job Summary
Perform quality mammography procedures and assist Radiologist in special procedures for early detection of breast abnormalities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide imaging services including ultrasound, CT, PET, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. Communicate clearly and openly; build relationships to promote a collaborative environment; be accountable for your performance; seek opportunities to improve the patient experience; take initiative for professional growth; stay engaged to contribute to a winning team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
- MQSA guidelines
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- AR R T (M) certification
- Texas Department of State Health certification
- Work Experience: 1 year preferred
- AR RT (R) optional but employee will be required to obtain ARRT (M) within 1 year of orientation
- Be able to communicate clearly
