Job Summary
Perform specialized mammography imaging procedures to assist radiologists in diagnosing medical disorders while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. Support quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives and collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain licensure, ARRT certification, and advanced mammography certification, plus current BCLS. Travel to all imaging facilities regularly and without notice. Operate within a 4x10 schedule with 10-hour shifts, four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure and/or fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program accredited by JRCERT
- Current ARRT certification
- Advanced certification in the field of Mammography
- Current experience as a radiology technologist
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards
- Ability to travel to all imaging facilities both regularly and without notice
- Experience in Hospital Information Services (HIS)/Radiology Information System (RIS)
