Job Summary
Perform specialized mammography imaging procedures to assist radiologists in diagnosing and treating medical disorders while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. Support quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives by collaborating with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain licensure, ARRT certification, and advanced mammography certification, and demonstrate ability to travel to all imaging facilities regularly. Execute RIS/HIS system navigation and adhere to federal, state, and local regulatory standards. Participate in a 4x10 full-time schedule with mentorship opportunities for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure and/or fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program accredited by JRCERT
- Current ARRT certification
- Advanced certification in the field of Mammography
- Current experience as a radiology technologist
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards
- Ability to travel to all imaging facilities both regularly and without notice
- Experience in Hospital Information Services (HIS)/Radiology Information System (RIS)
