Mammographer

Provides mammography imaging services. Operates mammography equipment, prepares and positions patients, selects parameters, explains procedures and educates patients about the role of regular mammography in preventive breast health. Develops and evaluates image quality (density, contrast, definition, distortion) and ensures adherence to radiation safety procedures. Submits high-quality images to PACS with correct patient data/history. Maintains equipment and department cleanliness.
