Job Summary
Mammography imaging procedures performed under supervision of the Mammography Technologist/ radiology leadership, with responsibilities including preparation and education of patients, documentation of care and procedures, and adherence to safety and departmental standards. Requires JRCERT-accredited education, ARRT registration with mammography advanced certification within 2 years of hire, and BLS; NH licensure is required. Per diem schedule with responsibilities to maintain productivity, participate in departmental and modality initiatives, and comply with ISO/quality-management practices. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited education program
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in radiography
- Advanced certification in Mammography within 2 years of hire
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification or equivalent
- Licensed and Certified by the NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
Desired Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Mammography
- Mammography experience preferred but not required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Current license in New Hampshire (or eligibility)
