Job Summary
Perform diagnostic 3D mammography, X-ray, and DEXA exams with accuracy and care. Operate and maintain imaging equipment across all three modalities per established protocols. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. Adhere to department and facility safety protocols. Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members; may work near specialized imaging equipment. Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to communicate with diverse patients.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Licensure: ARRT (R)(M) required; NJ State License and CPR certification required
- Certification: Mammography certification required to be eligible for $10K sign-on bonus
- Experience: At least 1 year of current diagnostic 3D mammography experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with mammography, X-ray, and DEXA imaging; adherence to safety protocols
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, teamwork; bilingual preferred
