Job Summary
Perform diagnostic 3D mammography, X-ray, and DEXA exams with accuracy and care. Operate and maintain imaging equipment across all three modalities, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Adhere to department and facility safety protocols, especially near specialized imaging equipment. Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Licensure: ARRT (R)(M) required; NJ State License and CPR certification required
- Experience: At least one year of current diagnostic 3D mammography experience
- Technical requirements: must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols when working near specialized imaging equipment
