Job Summary
Perform specialized breast examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Operate mammographic radiographic equipment and other devices as appropriate. Maintain current ARRT and ARDMS certifications in radiography and mammography, along with Basic Life Support certification. Complete one year of experience as a Mammography Technologist if available. Work full-time at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program", "1 year experience as a Mammography Technologist Preferred", "(R) ARDMS or ARRT - Radiographer Registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (R) - ARRT Upon Hire Required", "(M) ARDMS or ARRT - Mammography Mammography (M) - ARRT Upon Hire Required", "BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
