Job Summary
Perform specialized breast examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Operate mammographic radiographic equipment and other devices as appropriate. Maintain ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography. Hold a BLS certification. Requires a JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program. No prior mammography experience required, though one year is preferred. Work variable shifts at Piedmont Rockdale Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program
- Registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) - ARRT
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year minimum experience as a Mammography Technologist
