Job Summary
Conduct specialized breast examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Operate mammographic radiographic equipment and other devices as appropriate. Maintain BCLS certification upon hire and hold ARRT or ARDMS registration in radiography and mammography upon hire. Complete required graduate-level radiologic technology education from an AMA approved or JRCERT accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
- 1 year experience as a Mammography Technologist Preferred
- (R) ARDMS or ARRT - Radiographer Registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (R) - ARRT Upon Hire
- (M) ARDMS or ARRT - Mammography Mammography (M) - ARRT Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
