Job Summary
Conduct specialized breast examinations to aid in diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Operate mammographic radiographic equipment and other devices as appropriate. Maintain ARRT and ARDMS certification upon hire, along with BCLS. Work at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital with no experience required, though one year as a Mammography Technologist is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
- 1 year experience as a Mammography Technologist Preferred
- (R) ARDMS or ARRT - Radiographer Registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (R) - ARRT Upon Hire
- (M) ARDMS or ARRT - Mammography Mammography (M) - ARRT Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
