Assist in all pub operations under the guidance of the Pub Manager by performing opening and closing duties, acting as host, and overseeing shift execution. Assign sections to servers, take food and beverage orders, deliver products, collect payments, and operate the point of sale system. Maintain and organize service areas, regulate labor, oversee side work, and complete cleaning duties while training staff. Effectively resolve personnel and customer service issues, troubleshoot problems during shifts, and report concerns to management. This role requires physical stamina and multitasking in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
