Job Summary
Conduct individual repairs, insurance damage fixes, or modernizations in occupied and unoccupied apartments. Perform painting, taping, plastering, and spackling tasks while painting doors and radiators. Inspect and remediate mold issues. Document orders and order materials. Execute all relevant painting activities independently in residential properties. Requires B-class driver's license and solid experience in painting and varnishing trades. Flexible, engaged, and customer-friendly demeanor essential.
Required Qualifications
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in dem Gewerk Maler/in und Lackierer/in oder in einem vergleichbaren Gewerk
- Führerschein Klasse B
