Job Summary
Execute independent painting, taping, plastering, and flooring work on occupied apartments within modernization and maintenance projects. Perform repair tasks and digitally document completed work while ordering materials via tablet. Requires multiple years of experience in this field, a relevant vocational qualification, and Class B driver's license. Full-time employment with fixed monthly salary, annual bonuses, and employee stock ownership. On-site location in Freiburg.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im genannten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet
- Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

- Führerschein Klasse B
