Provide respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers. Guide ambulation, walker/wheelchair use, and therapist-directed range-of-motion routines. Plan and cook simple, balanced meals while monitoring hydration. Handle light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks. Give timely medication reminders and note condition changes for the supervising nurse. Offer conversation, games, and escorted outings to keep clients mentally sharp. Drive or accompany clients to appointments, groceries, and community activities. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow infection-control protocols. Full-time schedule with flexible daytime, evening, or weekend blocks available.
