Job Summary
Male Drug Screening Representative operates in the testing center to greet and check in patients, conducts observed urine collections for male patients (probation, treatment programs, or bond requirements), prepares and ships specimens to the Averhealth laboratory, and maintains a clean, confidential testing site. This entry-level role requires strong attention to detail and communication, ability to work with diverse individuals, physical ability to stand/walk and lift up to 10 lbs, and reliable transportation. Primary hours are Monday–Friday with some weekend shifts; includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), uniform reimbursement, earned-wage access, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
