Job Summary
Join a coordinated care team as a Male NDIS Support Worker in Campbelltown, NSW, providing emotional support, companionship, domestic assistance, and community access to long-term male participants with complex psychosocial needs. Role involves following care plans, deescalation of challenging behaviours, personal care, maintaining a safe living environment, and reporting incidents. Flexible Casual/Temporary role with potential pathways to ongoing Full Time or Part Time opportunities; requires NSW Driver Licence, checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, National Police Check) and availability in the Inner West Sydney region. Training and ongoing support are offered, with a $100 joining bonus after first 50 hours and competitive hourly rates.

- Reliable availability in the Inner West Sydney Region
- Experience providing care to clients with complex psychosocial conditions such as schizophrenia
- Experience providing care to clients with complex autism-related support needs
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe home environment
- Confidence in deescalating erratic behaviours and managing client triggers
- Confidence with care plans, incident reporting and team communication
- Comfortable providing personal care and continence support when required
