Job Summary
Conduct community outreach and participant recruitment to enroll fathers and father-figures in evidence-based programs. Collaborate with REACHUP, Inc. staff to refer clients across programs and facilitate 24/7 Dad® curriculum workshops, weekend retreats, and group sessions. Provide case management to at least 10% of enrolled men by conducting assessments, developing family resource support plans, and maintaining client records. Plan and coordinate a county-wide collaboration of fatherhood service organizations while preparing timely reports and participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings. Maintain flexible hours to schedule visits according to family needs and travel throughout Hillsborough County to work in clients' homes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences (social work, human services, or counseling) Preferred
- Two years college credits or Associates Degree, Required
- Minimum of two years of experience home visiting and/or facilitating group programs and working with diverse families with a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of five years of experience home visiting and/or facilitating group programs and working with diverse families with Associates Degree or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Ability to tolerate exposure to tobacco smoke, domestic animals, household pests, and other conditions common to a variety of home environments
- Light lifting/moving up to 25 lbs.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with the fingers and perceived attributes of objects and materials.
- Close/distance/peripheral and depth perception

- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Computer literate in Microsoft products and data entry with the ability to learn new software applications
