Job Summary
In-home, one-on-one caregiving in Los Gatos, CA providing daily living assistance, mobility support, bathing/grooming help, light housekeeping, medication reminders and wellness checks. Document care notes and communicate changes with the RN or Care Supervisor. Requires completion of an accredited HHA program (or equivalent), at least 1 year of paid home-health experience, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days). Flexible full-time and part-time roles with competitive pay, training pathways (HHA → CNA → Nursing pathways), PTO, mileage reimbursement, and supportive supervision. Russian-speaking caregiver with reliable transportation preferred. Training and development opportunities available. Administer care with attention to safety and dignity, and support clients in a respectful, one-on-one setting.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent)
