Job Summary
Provide personalized one-on-one in-home care in Redwood City, including transferring clients, assisting with bathing/grooming, mobility-device support, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and documenting care notes. Requires completion of an accredited HHA program (or equivalent), at least 1 year of paid home-health experience, CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days), valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling with paid training and opportunities for career advancement (HHA → CNA → Nursing pathways); duties include creating a healthy home environment, safety checks, and reporting changes to RN or Care Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
