Male Home Care Aide

In-Home, one-on-one care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) supporting clients in Novato, CA. Responsibilities include safely transferring clients, assisting with bathing/grooming, mobility assistance, light laundry, changing linens, maintaining a clean and hazard-free living environment, administering basic medication reminders, and performing wellness checks. Add on duties include documenting care notes, updating digital logs, and communicating changes to the supervising RN or Care Supervisor. Requires completion of an accredited HHA program (or equivalent), at least 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), and strong written/verbal communication.
