Job Summary
Greet and check in patients at the testing center, then conduct observed urine collections with male patients complying with probation, treatment programs, or bond requirements. Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory while maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all legal standards. Maintain accurate records and uphold professionalism and dignity for each patient. Primary hours include two days per week from 6:15am to 2:30pm across Lawrenceburg, Frankfort, Shelbyville, and Taylorsville, with flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs. Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periods
- reliable transportation

- Frankfort 8:30am-10:30am
