Job Summary
Greet and check in patients, conduct observed urine collections with male patients complying with probation or treatment programs, and prepare specimens for shipment to the laboratory. Maintain site cleanliness, organize records, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal standards. Primary work involves rotating between Campbellsville, Munfordville, and Lebanon, KY sites within a 45-mile radius. This part-time role offers approximately 10 hours weekly with flexible shifts, including mandatory random testing coverage.
Required Qualifications
