Job Summary
Direct Care Worker position with Faithful Home Care Solutions in the Philadelphia area. Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, hygiene; meal preparation; light housekeeping; errands and appointments assistance; grocery shopping; companionship and emotional support; maintain a safe home environment; follow the client’s care plan and communicate with family and care team. Requires minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA/DCW/PCA, dementia care experience a plus, Hoyer lift experience a plus, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance, HS diploma or equivalent, ability to pass a background check and current TB test. Required Qualifications
