Job Summary
Caregiver/Nurse aide role providing personal care to seniors and adults with disabilities in clients’ homes. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, transferring/moving clients, housekeeping, meal preparation, accompanying clients to errands or medical appointments, bathing/showering/dressing/shaving, medication reminders, ROM exercises, dementia care, and companionship. Must have High School diploma or GED (preferred), valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 lbs. CNA license or Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide certification preferred; background check required. Flexible scheduling with benefits like weekly pay and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- CNA license preferred
- Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
- Background check required
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs
- English literacy (reading/writing/speaking)
- Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Experience with dementia care (preferred)
