Job Summary
Male caregivers in-home positions in Northern Virginia for Paragon Home Care. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), providing companionship, engaging clients in social/mental activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance and transfers, medication reminders (non-medical), and transportation as needed. Flexible schedule with day-time shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, competitive pay ($18–$20/hour), overtime opportunities, and paid training. Requires prior caregiving experience or a similar role (preferred), PCA/HHA/CNA certification (preferred), valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred), English literacy, and ability to pass a background check.
