Job Summary
Male caregivers needed for in-home care of seniors across McLean, Great Falls, Vienna, Arlington, Ashburn, Leesburg, and Reston. Provide ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), companionship, social/mental stimulation, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support and transfers, and non-medical medication reminders per care plan. Roles require willingness to work daytime shifts from 4 to 12 hours; competitive pay ranging from $18–$20/hour with overtime, flexible scheduling, paid training, and supportive team. Prior caregiving experience or PCA/HHA/CNA certification is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver4s license and reliable transportation, be able to read/write/speak English, and pass a background check.
