Job Summary
Provide companionship through conversation, listening, and recreational activities to support socialization and sensory stimulation. Assist clients with daily tasks including phone calls, letter writing, grocery shopping, and community trips to doctor's offices or banks. Maintain a safe and clean home environment by performing light housework, laundry, and meal preparation as needed. Accompany clients on walks and ensure their well-being while using equipment and supplies safely. Report any changes in the client's condition to the Agency Manager or Care Designer immediately. A clean driving record and ability to communicate effectively with family and staff are required. This role involves driving and light physical exertion within a client home setting.
