Job Summary
Conduct interactive Malayalam language classes via Zoom, adapting methods to suit learners' age groups and skill levels. Design lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments to monitor progress while integrating culture and literature into the curriculum. Provide regular feedback to enhance students' reading, writing, and speaking skills. Maintain a reliable virtual teaching environment with strong command of the language and grammar. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Malayalam, Language Studies, Literature, Education, or related field
- 2+ years of previous experience teaching Malayalam language (offline or online)
- Strong command of spoken and written Malayalam
- Good understanding of Malayalam grammar, literature, and conversational use
- Proficiency in basic English for bilingual teaching (if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan lessons creatively and adjust based on learner needs
- Reliable internet connectivity and a well-organized virtual teaching environment
- Comfortable using Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms for conducting live classes
- Skilled in utilizing visual aids and digital tools to enhance interactivity and student engagement during sessions
