Job Summary
Set and hold edge trim profiles, run heel nailing and attach, and verify holding strength and seat. Control sealer, ink, stain, and finish application to ensure color match across the pair and lot. Perform final cosmetic inspection before packing and maintain the finish sample library against approved standards. Train and certify finishers while maintaining the department skill matrix. This role requires standing for the full shift on a concrete floor with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Minimum five years in footwear finishing are required, including hands-on capability on edge trim and finish application.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years in footwear finishing

- Color judgment
- Able to match and to reject a mismatched pair by eye against a standard
- Able to set and maintain trimming and finishing equipment
- Standing for the full shift on a concrete floor
- Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds

- Hearing protection
