Make Unit Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the Make Department to meet short- and long-term goals and customer expectations; drive performance with Lean Six Sigma and standardized work; lead continuous improvement and problem solving at the Gemba; develop people (white and blue collars); implement ISO/ASME/PED/UL/KHK management systems; participate in Factory Operational Planning, cost control, and BCM; support new product development and existing product development; and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and ALPS implementation while aligning with factory targets and KPI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanics, engineering or equivalent
- Relevant Leadership and management skills
- 3-5 years of experience in production/manufacturing
- Experience with improvement tools such as 5S, Lean, Six Sigma
- Project management experience
- Fluent English
