Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, while installing new appliances as needed. Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis and assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal. Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws. This role requires a minimum of one year of related experience, strong HVAC troubleshooting knowledge, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and respond to after-hours emergencies on-call. A valid driver's license may be required.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Valid driver's license
