Job Summary
Maintain the overall maintenance and appearance of the apartment complex, including assisting with turnovers for vacant units and completing grounds work like trash pick-up and light landscaping. Perform various maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative care. Provide 24-hour on-call support for maintenance emergencies while maintaining a professional manner with residents and staff. Requires high school diploma, one year of make-ready experience, and basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least one year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience
- Provide/use of own tools
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and maintenance staff
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Multifamily experience
- Availability for on-call status
- Availability for Monday through Friday schedule
