Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins by determining required work, informing supervisors of needed supplies, and executing repairs on windows, doors, shelves, baseboards, and appliances. Replace or repair A/C filters, ceiling fans, faucets, sink plugs, bathroom tiles, wall holes, and lights as necessary. Make keys and change locks while performing any additional duties assigned. This role supports the maintenance team across Beaumont, North Houston, and Spring areas, requiring a valid driver's license and experience in apartment maintenance.
