Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins by determining necessary work, informing supervisors of needed supplies, and executing repairs on windows, doors, shelves, baseboards, appliances, and fixtures. Replace A/C filters, fix ceiling fans, repair sink and tub surfaces, inspect bathroom tiles, patch walls, assist with painting, and check or replace lights. Make keys and change locks as required. Perform any additional duties assigned by the maintenance team. Valid driver's license and experience in apartment maintenance are required.
