Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by clearing debris, trash, and hazards left by previous residents. Sweep sidewalks, maintain exterior areas, and ensure dumpster zones are clean and presentable. Verify all exterior lighting is operable and replace bulbs as needed. Review the make-ready board to follow manager directions and meet turn timelines. Complete required checks, update logs, and perform assigned landscaping duties. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge, plus familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ months of grounds keeping, pool service, or cleaning experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to achieve results individually
- Enjoys outdoor work
