Make-Ready Technician - Village at West University

Make-Ready Technician responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure vacant apartment homes meet quality standards for re-leasing, completing repairs/additions per make-ready checklist, caulking/sealing around windows and fixtures, inspecting and repairing sheetrock, performing touch-up painting, maintaining grounds and common areas, and adhering to OSHA/safety policies; requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance, ability to work indoors/outdoors in varied weather, and flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays; compensation includes hourly rate ($15.50-$19.00) with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
